Peking University

Overview
Peking University was founded in 1898 during the late Qing Dynasty. It was originally known as the Imperial University of Peking and was the first national comprehensive university in China. Many influential figures in Chinese history, politics, and academia have been associated with Peking University. This includes leaders like Mao Zedong and Lu Xun, as well as Nobel laureates like Tsung-Dao Lee and Chen-Ning Yang.
School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), is highly regarded both within China and internationally. Researchers at EECS have been actively involved in AI research, contributing to areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning.
