With Vision Pro set to launch in the UK, Apple’s CEO reveals how he uses the headset daily

How does Apple's CEO Tim Cook use the Vision Pro headset?

To mark the headset's release in the UK, The Sun published a special interview with Apple's CEO Tim Cook, who revealed how he uses the Vision Pro.

The company's chief shared how the device became his daily companion.

"I began to use it to screen entertainment," Cook shared during the interview. The device allows users to watch their favorite shows from any position, even if they're lying on the floor or looking at the ceiling.

One of the features that he emphasized while talking about using the device for entertainment and productivity purposes is having "a big screen."

"Sadly, I can't fit a 100-inch screen in my home. Of course with Vision Pro, that doesn't matter. The headset removes the need for space. As you can imagine, that's useful outside of the home too," said Cook.

While used for work, headset users can "take various windows and put them around their physical space."

The businessman also encouraged people to try the headset's one-to-one demo version to understand its capabilities. "It's hard to show it in a 2D fashion, what a 3D experience will be." Those interested can sign up for a free demo version in one of Apple's stores.

Apple's Vision Pro headset, first released in the US at the beginning of the year, is now slowly being launched globally. China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore were among the first other countries to get Vision Pro.

Now, the launch is "spreading" to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK, where users can buy the device from July 12th.
