In the summer of 2021, the current company neuroflash was founded. The team became complete under the umbrella of a GmbH (limited liability company) and, at the same time, adopted a new strategy: From then on, the vision was to develop high-quality AI text creation software capable of becoming the quality leader in Europe. A unique combination of artificial intelligence, data sciences, and market research. This has been our mission ever since. A brilliant start to 2022 has shown the team that we are only at the beginning of a long, amazing journey. Central to this is the application launched in March 2022, the “AI Writer.” At the center of it all is the human. By combining Big Data, natural language processing, machine learning, and neuropsychology, neuroflash can help companies create content that supports their brand identity and positioning. From brainstorming to the final text, the high variability in writing and optimizing the effectiveness of messages is solved in one software. Can you introduce us to your text generator tool? How is AI incorporated into your product?

neuroflash is a GPT-3 text generator which means that our tool is based on the GPT-3 artificial intelligence language model created by OpenAI. It uses natural language processing to generate human-like text based on patterns it learns from a large set of text samples. The way it works is that users can select a text type like a blog article, social media post, or sales email and then brief the AI with a short description. The text generator will then automatically create appropriate results within a few seconds. With over 100 text types to choose from, neuroflash offers a great variety of options for all touchpoints. AI is a vast market that covers many different functionalities. The possibilities for implementation are endless. However, when it comes to AI text generation, I would say that any organization or user that has to generate a large amount of text on a regular basis can benefit from using AI-powered solutions. That could refer to news outlets, blog content creators, book authors, marketers, content agencies, and many more. AI-powered text generation can help these organizations and users save time by quickly producing high-quality content with minimal effort. Additionally, it can help them create more engaging and personalized content for their audiences based on the available data.

How did the recent global events affect your field of work? Did you add any new features as a result?

Of course, any and all developments within the AI market have a significant impact on our company. For example, the evolution of AI images through text-to-image generators like DALL-E 2 or Midjourney has prompted neuroflash to also integrate its own AI image generator. Similarly, with the emergence of AI Chatbots like ChatGPT, neuroflash has worked to offer an appealing ChatGPT alternative. Why do you think companies sometimes hesitate to try out new and innovative solutions that would enhance their operations?

Additionally, companies may also be hesitant due to concerns about data security, privacy, and potential legal implications. Therefore, it is important to inform companies and educate them about the use of AI, so they can draw benefits from its implementation.

In your opinion, where can we expect to see AI-powered solutions be used more often in the near future?

In the near future, AI-powered solutions can be expected to be used more in content creation and customer service, especially with new systems like ChatGPT. AI is already being used in many of these areas, but its use is likely to expand further as the technology continues to develop. However, it is unlikely that AI will completely replace human labor in these areas. Instead, AI is likely to augment human work in these cases. For example, AI can be used to create better content more efficiently than a human can. However, a human is still needed to oversee the process, to make sure that everything runs smoothly, and to check the results.
