Apple leak reveals three new iPads on the horizon

Three more devices may be added to Apple’s iPad clan.

Just a few months ago, Apple introduced its latest iPad devices – the iPad Pro and the iPad Air.

The iPad Pro tablet comes in two sizes (11-inch and 13-inch) and is equipped with an OLED screen and Apple’s newest chip, M4. The company also announced that the iPad Pro is its thinnest product ever.

Now, thanks to a leak shared by contributing researcher for MacRumors Aaron Perris (@aaronp613 on X), Apple’s plans for the upcoming iPads have been uncovered.

The information found in the backend of Apple software reveals two “scrapped” projects and three ongoing iPad updates.

The newest updates relate to the iPad mini 7, the iPad (11th gen), and the M5 iPad Pro. The leaked information also shows that the iPad Pro should again come in two sizes (11-inch and 13-inch) and could be available with Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity.

The same setup will be included in the new 11th-generation iPad, which should be equipped with the A16 chip, while the iPad mini 7 will get the A17 chip.
