Reddit exploring new ways to promote ads

Reddit has introduced “Dynamic Product Ads,” allowing advertisers to promote their products.

Reddit is a platform with 73.1 million daily users, with many logging in daily to get advice on various questions and looking for purchase recommendations.

This brings an opportunity for the platform to monetize its users.

According to a recent blog post by the company, each month, 40% of Reddit’s new conversations are linked to product categories and purchase decisions.

It also noted that 75% of Reddit users find the platform useful when it comes to discussing various brands and products.

With Dynamic Product Ads, users can see ads with the latest images, prices, and other information.

The feature will also show users relevant ads according to their engagement on Reddit or the advertiser’s site. It would also include “support across the purchase journey.”

The new ads feature is now available in public beta to users worldwide.
