The tech giant took to social media to explain that it was investigating an issue relating to its MFA.

Downdector, a platform that allows users to report outages in real time, shows that there are possible problems with Microsoft 365 in the US.

However, Microsoft said that “service availability is restored, and the issue is resolved.” The scope and cause of the incident however is still unclear.
