Which Muse headband should you choose?
There are currently two types of headbands available on Muse, and which you choose depends on your needs:
- Muse 2: This is a daytime meditation headband. It gives you audio feedback during guided meditation based on your brain, heart, breath, and body. It’s a good fit if you want to improve your focus and daily calmness and don't need overnight sleep tracking.
- Muse S Athena: This model tracks both daytime focus and overnight sleep. It's made from a softer fabric so you can comfortably wear it in bed. It does everything the Muse 2 does, but adds EEG sleep staging and real-time sleep audio cues. You may want to choose this one if improving sleep is your main goal.

Muse Black Friday vs. Cyber Monday deals
If you miss the Black Friday window, Muse usually rolls its pricing over through Cyber Monday. You can expect similar discounts and coupon codes to work throughout the entire weekend.
