Some users are unable to access Microsoft 365 services, and the tech giant says it’s investigating potential licensing issues.
Complaints from users have been piling up on social media for more than an hour.
“I should have been working already. Opens Excel, gets notice ‘your Office 365 is expired,’” one user posted on X.
“I have an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription, but today all family members' Office apps are deactivating and reporting the license as invalid. We've tried re-activating, but nothing works. Can you help resolve this urgently?” another user complains.
Microsoft acknowledged that some users are unable to access services. The issue is impacting Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions.
