Samsung members with the Galaxy S25 can already test the system’s latest updates.

The One UI 8 program started on May 28th on the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones. The operating system is available for users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Korea, and Germany.

However, users must sign up via the Samsung Members app to test Samsung's new operating system.

This particular One UI release will be one of the first UI platforms to support Android 16, since Samsung is working closely with Google.

The company shared that One UI 8 will have updated and more convenient AI and features that were already available with the Galaxy S25 series, reports 91 mobiles.

Samsung says that One UI 8 will be capable of recognizing context and, thus, providing users with more personalized suggestions.

The system's features, Now Bar and Now Brief, which provide users with personalized information on the user’s lock screen and the AOD (Always On Display), will become even more customized with insights and suggestions provided by AI.

When it comes to security, One UI 8 will also allow users to process data only on the device.

Among other applications, the Reminders app will also get an upgrade. All user reminders will be stored in one place, and reminders can be added via voice.

With One UI 8, users also get QR and NFC-enabled support in the Samsung account. This should make it much easier for users to register for repairs, as they’ll be able to use QR or NFC instead of going through a registration form.
