A viral video generated by artificial intelligence (AI) portrays Donald Trump promising to make Venezuela great again, days after the United States abducted the country’s leader, Nicolás Maduro.
The video portrays Trump with dark hair and a bushy moustache, speaking in a mix of Spanish and English, calling himself the new president of Venezuela.
“We’re gonna make Venezuela grande again – mucho grande,” the AI-generated POTUS says.
Wearing Venezuela's flag, he promises to have “big beautiful siesta” all the time with snacks and drinks, while he will be the DJ.
The video shared by Trump’s parody account was viewed over 5.6 million times.

Trump has long accused the Maduro regime of organizing illegal cocaine flow to the US. However, such a justification isn’t convincing given that POTUS recently pardoned former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was charged with drug-related crimes.
Trump said the US would run Venezuela “until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition” and take control of the country’s oil industry.
An estimated 303 billion barrels of oil are believed to be untapped in Venezuela, accounting for approximately 17% of the world’s reserves.

Russia, Iran, China, and other Maduro’s allies condemned his abduction, citing a violation of international law.
US allies the United Kingdom and the European Union, employed a more conciliatory tone, stopping short of outright condemnation of Washington.
