Popular streamer Braden Peters, more commonly known as Clavicular, has been charged with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and purchasing alcohol for a minor.
The charges were filed by prosecutors in a Cape Cod court on September 8th, and court records list the alleged incident as taking place on May 23rd, 2025.
Peters, 20, is alleged to have injected Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, 18, on a livestream with Aqualyx, an FDA-unapproved fat-dissolving substance. Mendoza was a minor at the time of the incident, and appeared unsettled on camera, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Mendoza alleges Peters invited her to his parents' home in Cape Cod and claimed she was given alcohol at the property, becoming heavily intoxicated, before Peters had sex with her, and again separately while she was asleep.
The civil lawsuit alleges that Peters paid Mendoza $1,000 to appear in videos after presenting her as a potential female face of the looksmaxxing movement.
Peters has sought to have the charges and the civil lawsuit dismissed, with his representatives denying the allegations.
Peters also posted on his X account a video of Mendoza claiming in the past that she wasn’t dating Peters, alongside a handwritten love letter of sorts.

Clavicular's controversial year
The Massachusetts allegation adds more scandal to a year in which Peters, under his Clavicular identity, has attracted plenty of attention for looksmaxxing culture.
In May, Peters pleaded “no contest” in Florida over charges of shooting an alligator in the Everglades, receiving 6 months of probation that required firearms and wildlife safety courses, along with 20 hours of community service.
There was also an incident in April, where Peters overdosed on an unnamed substance in a club in Miami during a Kick livestream. The influencer posted on his X, “All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public,” along with a photo of his wounded face.
