Some aspects could be more user-friendly. For example, I had a bit of trouble finding the hosting management panel on my first visit – it can be accessed through the library.
It seems that I’m not alone. User reviews indicate that some have faced similar issues with navigation and user interface. Meanwhile, others had trouble with missing features. While I’m willing to attribute some of this to it being a newer, still-developing platform, I’m relieved that Spaceship opts for the tried-and-proven cPanel as its hosting control panel.

While Spaceship has servers in the US (Phoenix, Arizona) and the Netherlands (Amsterdam), I opted for a US-based server. I expected some location-based latency fluctuations. However, I hoped for a lower mean latency for the US, ideally in the 20-50ms range.
With the Cybernews research team, I also ran page load time tests using the webpagetest.org tool. Here are the results:
