TikTok users beg MrBeast to buy Hybe, but could he actually do it?

TikTok users are begging MrBeast to buy a South Korean entertainment company, just so a K-pop star can be reinstated into the girl band NewJeans.

Australian-born singer Danielle, who was previously a part of the K-pop girl band NewJeans, was kicked out and is currently being sued by the label for millions.

The former K-pop star is being sued $30 million for not fulfilling her contract despite the label terminating her, citing that “it would be difficult for her to continue as an artist under Ador,” The Guardian reports.

Ador, the record label NewJeans is signed to, is part of Hybe, a South Korean entertainment company that also represents BTS.

Following news of Danielle’s termination, fans were left devastated and called on one online hero and internet celebrity for help.

“MrBeast, can you buy Hybe and bring Danielle back?” one TikTok user commented under the YouTube star’s post.

“MrBeast bro, please buy Hybe and save Dani,” pleaded another TikTok user.

MrBeast’s latest TikTok videos are plastered with comments begging YouTube’s number one creator to buy Hybe.

Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, seemed to be living in the comment section as MrBeast responded to a post by EMPIRE saying, “What do I need to do?”

However, it seems that MrBeast won’t be able to come to the rescue. Here’s why.

TikTok users overestimate MrBeast’s net worth

The entertainment company has an estimated market cap of over $9 billion as of January 2026, according to the website Companies Market Cap.

While MrBeast’s net worth isn’t known, the Beast Industries CEO said via the Diary of a CEO podcast that he is a billionaire on paper but doesn’t have access to these funds and has less than $1 million in his bank account, according to Business Insider.

Journalists say that this implies that most of MrBeast’s net worth is tied up in Beast Industries, which is valued at around $5 billion.

MrBeast owns roughly half of his company, meaning that his net worth could top $2.5 billion, according to Business Insider.

It appears that while MrBeast is known for shelling out hundreds of thousands of dollars, it’s unlikely that Donaldson would be able to purchase a company as big as Hybe.

This seems to suggest that TikTok users and fans of MrBeast are seemingly unaware of how much money the YouTube star actually has at his disposal.

Furthermore, Donaldson is known for reinvesting money into his businesses, meaning that he likely has very little in the way of disposable income to buy a major entertainment company.
