Sora AI videos get more absurd: this time, it's old people at the chiropractors

Move over, AI homeless guy, TikTokers have found a new trend that showcases the crazy cracks done at the chiropractors.

There’s a phenomenon online where people enjoy watching others attend chiropractors.

These videos get millions of views, and people love to hear the ASMR-like backcracks, which look more like torture than entertainment.

But TikTok users equipped with OpenAI’s Sora have begun creating their own versions of chiropractic videos, which are designed to shock the viewer.

These videos often feature older people. Perhaps because their bones are more brittle and could release a greater pop, or maybe they’re just frailer, and the concept might be more entertaining for the viewer.

Regardless, these videos didn’t begin being shared and created until the latter half of 2025, and people have been using OpenAI’s Sora to create life-like, absurd videos in the chiropractor's office.

One video shows a chiropractor adjusting an elderly woman's neck. He tells her that she’s done a great job and then promptly throws her out the window.

“Good job, ma'am, I’ve marked you down for next week,” the chiropractor says as he launches her out of the window.

“My neck hurts,” you can hear her scream as she falls.

Another video shows an elderly woman lying on her front while the chiropractor uses a dumbbell to align her spine. The woman is then thrown through the door, which completely crumbles on impact.

“I’m sitting up straight,” she says as she’s lying on the floor outside the office.

The platform Know Your Meme, which documents the origins of popular memes, found one of the first AI chiropractic videos to be uploaded to the internet.

The video came from YouTuber SoraVerse7, who posted a video in mid-October 2025, which gained 15,000 views in just three weeks.

This concept then spread to TikTok, with one user posting a video of a chiropractic adjustment using a wooden chair, which gained over nine million views and 600,000 comments.
