Uber Eats driver shows other women how they can earn more tips, without having to lift a finger

A Californian Uber Eats driver has successfully combined fast food with a sexual fetish to make more money from tips.

Uber Eats drivers often rely on tips, but the problem is the lack of interaction between the customer and the courier.

This often means that delivery drivers don’t get tipped as often as they should.

One Uber Eats driver in Los Angeles noticed this and started experimenting with drop-off delivery images.

When a delivery driver drops an order, they must take a photo to prove they’ve delivered it to the correct address.

Threads user Jade Phoenix identified a trend that has helped her increase profits and earn more money.

Feet pictures.

The Uber Eats driver saw that feet pictures sell, as she would receive higher tips if her drop-off photo included her feet.

Phoenix noted that after she started leaving her feet in the frame, she’s seen her “tips go up by a lot” with “people adding extra tips after drop off,” the delivery driver said on Threads.

The post blew up, receiving almost 74,000 likes, over 3,000 comments, and over 7,000 shares.

Other female delivery drivers claimed to test the theory in the comments, with one woman saying, “I DoorDash and have pretty feet, so I’m going to have to try this one out.”

The DoorDash driver provided an update a few hours later, which seemed to confirm Phoenix’s theory.

“Update: I dashed for a little today and tried this and got tipped an extra $20,” the second delivery driver said.

As Phoenix's feet-for-tips technique took off online, she added a QR code that goes toward her pedicure allowance, so she can keep her toes looking good for the next round of drop-off images.

However, it’s only a matter of time before Uber deems this money-making tactic inappropriate.
