North Korea opens a computer club: can you spot one, though?

The country’s first computer club is missing one essential detail. Or 300 of them.

North Korea has opened its first computer club, a place for 300 people, located in Pyongyang.

The club was opened by the country’s leader, Kim Jong Un. What got everyone’s attention was the fact that the facility lacks computers.

It’s not known if the facility has been photographed in the middle of its development and it will be equipped later or if devices are hidden.

Nevertheless, the lack of equipment has led to a discussion online, with some making fun of the situation.

One user of the social media platform Binance Square shared the news, stating that “North Korea opened a computer club… without computers.”

They also speculated that the next step in developing the computer club could be getting “real PCs” and letting people access the internet.
