Since no one else can access your credentials (including LogMeOnce employees), this significantly reduces data leak and identity theft risks.

LogMeOnce also includes anti-theft features, like remote logout and account freeze, and can even take a mugshot of the culprit that stole your device. Plus, it has one of the most elaborate two-factor authentication options we have seen. However, this password manager does not support passkeys, which many consider to be the future of password management.

LogMeOnce stores user credentials in a secure password vault locked by a master password. It uses the industry-standard AES-256 encryption that also protects classified government data, virtual private networks (VPNs), and confidential business documents. The password management section has a search bar for quick access. It displays app categories at the center, such as Finance, School, Work, etc. However, you cannot add your own categories, which puts LogMeOnce behind more advanced password managers such as NordPass regarding app customization.

On the other hand, we particularly enjoyed the easy password sharing. You simply select an item and the recipient's email address, add additional options like the expiration date, and click Share.

Remember that you can only share items with other LogMeOnce users, but that's common among password managers.

Lastly, while the app’s design is somewhat outdated, you can still easily find all the features you need. However, if you're particularly picky about app design, LogMeOnce might not be the best choice.

Mobile apps

LogMeOnce iOS and Android apps are nearly identical with a similar design to the desktop application but, as expected, with fewer features. They have a straightforward dashboard with the Identity Risk Score at the top and the main features below.
