After that, you’ll need to wait a few minutes for your server to be added before you can set up your website. In my case, I selected WordPress as my CMS (content management system) during signup, so it was conveniently pre-installed on my server.
If you didn’t pick WordPress during your checkout process, that’s OK. It’s easy enough to install the app, and you can get it done in no time. All you need to do is click on the Applications tab in the menu and then select +Add Application.

For instance, when tested from the US, where my server is located, my test website’s LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) – the time it takes to load the biggest chunk of the page – was just 358ms. That’s one of the best results I’ve ever seen from testing web hosting plans, well below the 2.5s recommended by Google.

Plus, Cloudways allows for unlimited staging environments, so you can create as many copies as you need to meet your requirements.
On top of staging, Cloudways offers a team management feature, which is very helpful if you work with multiple individuals such as developers, employees, companies, or clients. To facilitate collaboration, Cloudways allows you to add team members to your account and assign different roles and permissions to them. There’s no limit on the number of people you can add.
