Amazon throws lifeline to cash-starved US Postal Service, but keeps 20% of parcels

Amazon.com announced it reached a new agreement with the US Postal Service on package deliveries. Sources said the cash-strapped mail system would retain about 80% of its existing deliveries from its biggest customer.
