During her closed-door testimony to the US House committee regarding the deceased sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein, Hilary Clinton was asked about UFOs by Congressman Eric Burlison.
Burlison referenced philanthropist Laurance Rockefeller, noting he “spearheaded an effort” to declassify UFO records during the presidency of Bill Clinton.
He also reminded the room that while Clinton was running for president, one of her advisers had publicly suggested she would release UFO files if elected.
When asked if she would have allowed disclosure had she been elected as president in 2016, Clinton said:
I am pleased they have to be carefully scrutinized so that no national security info is disclosed. This is an issue of real importance to so many people, and whatever can be disclosed should be disclosed.
Seemingly “off the cuff”
Clinton's answer didn’t elaborate on any specific programs, but it did shed light on disclosure, which has recently received a lot of attention, especially following Trump’s executive order last week directing the Pentagon to release classified UFO files dating back decades.
Some commenters on the Reddit UFO forum r/UFOs expressed frustration that more detailed questions were not asked, with one writing, “You have David Grusch on your team, and you ask her 2-3 questions seemingly off the cuff.. Disappointing work.”

in UFOs
David Grusch is a prominent whistleblower in the UFO community and previously held a senior advisory role at Burlison, helping with legislative issues related to lobbying for the release of files.
With other prominent whistleblowers getting in on the act, namely Lue Elizondo, a former US Army counterintelligence special agent, warning officials that they had “better come clean regarding future transparency, the push for UFO disclosure is gathering momentum.
And while Hilary Clinton's comments may have come during a period focused on Jeffrey Epstein, the interaction shows the endurance and weight of the current disclosure debate.
