Spotify is supposedly down in the US and UK as users struggle to listen to their favourite tracks.
According to Downdetector, roughly 14,000 users in the United States have reported issues with Spotify’s app.
And it’s not only the US experiencing issues. Around 4,000 users in the United Kingdom are also having trouble accessing the app.
In both countries, 97 percent of users have reported problems with the app, and only three percent have reported issues with Spotify’s website.
Many users took to Downdetector's comment section to discuss the outage, with some saying they’ve been logged out and can’t log back in.
“The homepage is blank, it’s so ridiculous,” said one user, while other users said that the Spotify app isn’t working on their desktop computers.
Another user raised concerns about the app, saying that “Spotify is broken as hell lately.”
Despite users complaining of constant issues with the music streaming platform, Spotify hasn’t yet announced anything about the outage via its Spotify Status X account.
