The best overall Google Play title has been declared.
As we approach the end of the year, Google traditionally announces the best Google Play apps, games, and books.
This year, the best Google Play title goes to Partiful, an event-planning platform that helps hosts create pages and invite guests without the need for emails, group chats, or text messages.
According to Google, it topped the best app list thanks to its “intuitive design and fresh twist on invite creation.”
“Its ‘Party Genie’ tool helps quickly design invitations and offers an easy way for potential attendees to RSVP via a simple link,” Google explains.
The best Google Play game is the RPG fantasy title AFK Journey. According to Google, its “vast explorable world and beautiful art style help it stand apart from its peers.”
Max, formerly known as HBO Max, is considered the best multi-device app because it allows users to pick up where they left off across multiple devices.
Meanwhile, the best multi-device game is the more-than-a-decade-old “Clash of Clans.”
This year, the creators pushed the game to PCs and Chromebooks.
“Now the mobile classic is optimized across everywhere you play, however you want to play, whether it’s on a phone, foldable, tablet, Chromebook or PC,” the company explains in its blog post.
