Samsung adds two budget-friendly phones to its Galaxy lineup

Samsung has unveiled the latest additions to its Galaxy A smartphone lineup: the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37.
The Samsung Galaxy A series is considered to comprise the company’s mid-range devices, priced lower than, for example, the Galaxy S series, with a starting price of $800.
The newly released smartphone specifications hint that the devices will feature updates similar to those in their flagship models. So what are they?
Samsung Galaxy A series powered by upgraded AI features
Both the Samsung Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37 come with several AI-powered features.
Among these are voice transcriptions and translation, and AI select, which allows users to edit, crop, and translate highlighted content.
It also makes it easier to edit images or video footage by removing unnecessary objects, selecting filters, or automatically cropping the footage.
The new smartphones will also include the expanded Circle to Search feature, which can find information on multiple objects at once without requiring the user to leave the app.
When it comes to AI assistance use, the company added an upgraded Bixby that lets users access information and adjust settings via natural language, and Gemini, tailored to help with trickier tasks across multiple applications.
Some of these features are also available in the Samsung Galaxy S26 series.

Samsung Galaxy A series camera for night photography
During this year’s Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, one of the company’s main focus points was the upgraded camera, especially focusing on night photography.
The same concern applies to the Samsung Galaxy A series, which features a 50MP main camera and a triple camera system that captures brighter, more detailed images in various conditions.
With the night photography feature, users can take higher-quality images in low-light conditions.
