Apple Intelligence is up for testing before its final release in the fall.
The AI model is currently available for Apple developers who participate in the $99-a-year Apple Developers program. However, even then, users must sign up for a waiting list.
Apple Intelligence should be released to the public in the fall. However, as we recently reported, it will now be launched after the release of the iPhone 16. The AI model will then be initiated as a part of the iOS18 upgrade.
Among the expected features of Apple Intelligence is improved Siri – which includes a new design that makes the phone edge glow – better language understanding, and a more natural way of communication. One such example is its ability to understand user commands when they stutter or are being interrupted.
Apple Intelligence is also equipped with “Writing Tools,” which should help users write, edit, and proofread various texts. The new AI model will also help users craft emails and provide summaries of longer emails.
According to the beta test preview, Apple Intelligence also offers a better photo search. However, its Cleanup feature is not yet available.
The previously mentioned features that should appear with Apple Intelligence in the future are custom-made image and emoji creation that could be used in various apps, such as Messages, Notes, Pages, and more. The list also includes integrated ChatGPT and more personalized Siri features.
